A fire damaged an abandoned structure in City Heights early Wednesday evening.
The non-injury blaze in the 5000 block of University Avenue was reported about 5:15 p.m., according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.
Engine crews had the flames under control in roughly 15 minutes, SDFRD spokesman Lee Swanson said.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
