A pedestrian and a motorcycle rider collided in Egger Highlands Monday, with one of the two losing a leg.
The accident on Palm Avenue near 14th Street occurred shortly before 11:30 a.m., according to San Diego Police.
Medics took two victims to UCSD Medical Center in Hillcrest, SDPD Public Affairs Officer Matt Tortorella said.
