A 62-year-old woman struck by a car in a Rancho Bernardo crosswalk suffered a head injury but should recover, police said Thursday.
The woman was struck at Acena Drive and Rancho Bernardo Road about 5:20 p.m. Wednesday, according to San Diego Police Officer Dino Delimitros.
The car that struck her was driven by a 94-year-old man, he said.
