At least one person was killed in the Mission Valley area of San Diego Saturday in a crash involving a motorcycle.
The crash was reported at 5:15 p.m. on Interstate 805 just south of the Interstate 8, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Both the CHP and San Diego Fire-Rescue confirmed that the crash was fatal.
A fire department dispatcher said a motorcycle was reported down.
The crash prompted lane closures until about 8 p.m., according to the CHP.
