A 45-year-old man was in custody Monday, accused of shooting his brother to death at a home in San Marcos.
Fermin Olano called 911 to summon help for the victim about 6:15 p.m. Sunday, according to San Diego County Sheriff‘s Lt. John Maryon.
Deputies and paramedics arrived at 1325 Granite Road and found the victim dead inside the residence, he said in a statement.
Olano was arrested at the scene without further incident.
