Three men in their 20s were arrested and booked in connection with an attempted murder in Santee, the San Diego Sheriff announced Friday.
Two brothers and another man were arrested Thursday at a campground in Valley Center where they had been hiding since a Nov. 9 attack on 20-year-old Robert Johnson outside a Walmart in Santee, San Diego County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Joel Stranger said.
Johnson was stabbed repeatedly in the attack and was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, Stranger said.
The suspects, Roady Briley, 29, Randy Briley, 24, and Kevin Cave, 24, were all charged with robbery and attempted murder, and were being held without bail, Stranger said.
