A man was stabbed in his torso during a fight with two men outside an East Village restaurant, police said Thursday.
The stabbing in the 1400 block of C Street was reported at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday, according to San Diego police Officer Robert Heims.
The victim drove himself to a hospital and later told investigators that he got into an argument with two men outside Hives Sushi Bar and during that fight, one of those other men stabbed him in his torso, Heims said in a statement.
The wound was not life-threatening, he said.
The nature of the argument was unclear early Thursday.
