Police were on the lookout for a 73-year-old woman who walked away from her Rancho Penasquitos home Saturday afternoon.
Maria Jimenez — last seen about 12:40 p.m. — has trouble remembering her way back to her residence in the 13000 block of Old West Avenue, according to a San Diego police statement.
She previously has been found in the Mira Mesa area.
Jimenez is Hispanic, 5 feet 1, 115 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a tan jacket and tan pants.
Police asked anyone who spots Jimenez to call (619) 531-2000.
