A man in his 20s was shot and killed Saturday in the backyard of a southwest San Diego home by two gunmen.
He was with a small gathering of people in the backyard of a residence in the 2100 block of Winnett Street when the two suspects arrived via the side walkway and shot him several times, said San Diego Police Lt. Paul Rorrison.
Rorrison said officers were dispatched to the location at 7:15 p.m. Saturday. The shooting victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspects were described as two black males in their 20s, one wearing a red shirt and the other a black shirt, the police lieutenant said.
