A developer has announced the opening of Winslow, a 379-home mixed-use community in University Heights.

Designed by architecture and planning firm KTGY, and developed by Quarterra, the eight-story Winslow, on Park Boulevard, features contemporary apartments ranging in size from studios to two-bedrooms.

The units range in size from 484-1,377 square feet and include window walls, nine-foot ceilings, balconies and stylish finishes.

Studios start at $2,519, one bedrooms at $3,313 and two bedrooms at $4,370.

Building amenities include a resort-style pool, sundeck, grilling stations, pet park and a resident lounge overlooking the neighborhood. Residents also will have access to a private fitness studio, co-working space and a bike storage room with a repair station.

The property includes almost 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, which is expected to house a pharmacy and convenience store, and partial-subterranean parking with 541 spaces, concealing the parking from street view.

Quarterra Group, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lennar Corporation. Winslow is Quarterra’s third San Diego community, joining Luma, near Waterfront Park, and Shift in the East Village.
