A San Marcos industrial building has sold for $5.57 million, according to a San Diego real estate brokerage.
The 21,867-square-foot building, occupied by two tenants, is at 692-694 Rancheros Drive.
The buyer, Rider Street, LLC, was represented by Mike Conger and Brian Jenkins of Commercial Asset Advisors along with Joe Anderson of JLL. The seller, Nova Wings, LLC, was represented by Alex Jize and Christopher Moussa of Voit.
Conger said many regard industrial properties in San Diego County as “trophy assets.”
“We are already seeing demand outstripping supply – and that’s likely to continue, with few industrial projects being built in San Diego County outside of Otay Mesa,” he explained.
