A 30-unit apartment property near City Heights has been sold for $7.5 million, according to a real estate firm.
Conor Brennan, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Downtown office, represented the seller, Schino, LLC and EKE, LLC.
Interested parties submitted several offers on the property, built in 1979, according to Marcus & Millichap. The buyer was not identified.
The Fairmount Villas, in Swan Canyon at 2525 Fairmount Ave., is composed of 28 one-bedroom units, a studio unit and a single two-bedroom unit. The units were 100% occupied at the time of sale.
