The La Paloma Luxury Apartments, a multi-unit property in La Mesa that was built 43 years ago, has sold for $8.15 million.

Austin Ray Huffman, senior associate, and Christopher J. Zorbas, executive managing director, both with The Zorbas Group in Marcus & Millichap’s local office, had the listing to market the property on behalf of the Thomas L. Ragland Trust.

The buyer, Carlsbad Shores LLC, was also procured by Huffman and Zorbas.

The La Paloma complex, located at 8171 Vincetta Drive, has 26 units. The property was built in 1978 by Ray L. Huffman Construction, a company owned by the late grandfather of one of the listing agents.

The building is comprised of ten one-bedroom and sixteen two-bedroom units. It also has twelve double-car garages.
