“Park 12 will be our third downtown location. We are excited to bring the Achilles Coffee brand to the growing Ball Park Village area. We will offer a breakfast and lunch menu, later hours and ample indoor and outdoor seating,” said Chad Bell, owner of the coffee company.
Achilles opened its first location on Ash Street in Cortez Hill and its second on B Street near Copley Symphony Hall.
Its third location will be in the new Greystar development, which features 371 luxury apartments in a 37-story tower, and 347 units in one six- and two seven-story mid-rise buildings, at 100 Park Plaza.
“With an emphasis on sustainability and high-quality specialty coffee, Achilles Coffee Roasters has earned its popularity,” said Jerry Brand, senior managing director of west coast development for Greystar. “We look forward to introducing our residents and neighbors to this exceptional cafe.”
