The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County rose 1.1 cents Monday to $3.193, one day after rising one cent.
The average price is 6.7 cents more than one week ago, 4.2 cents more than one month ago, and 33.8 cents more than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price has risen 12 of the past 13 days, increasing 10.8 cents.
