Pardee Homes is opening sales on Saturday for its Weston community of 415 contemporary starter homes in the Santee area.

The new development features four styles ranging from 1,790 to 3,743 square feet in size and from the high $500,000s to mid $700,000s in price. Each home will have solar panels and a package of energy-saving technology.

The home builder will have 14 models on display from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the development on Mast Boulevard across from West Hills High School.

“We are looking forward to welcoming the public to our newest residential community this weekend,” said
Jimmy Ayala, division president for Pardee Homes San Diego. “Weston offers home buyers modern and
open floorplans with picturesque views, luxury amenities and endless outdoor activities in a central San
Diego location.”

The community will include the Boulder Ridge Swim Club, a private 2,700-square-foot recreation center with a fitness room, swimming pool, two spas and covered patio for outdoor entertaining.

The new development is near Mission Trails Regional Park and Santee Lakes.
