The Alexan ALX, a 19-story luxury apartment tower developed by Trammell Crow Residential, opened this week at 14th and K Streets near Petco Park.

The 313-unit building offers views of the downtown and Bayfront areas through floor-to-ceiling windows along with community amenities ranging from a rooftop deck, outdoor dining with grills, club lounge, fitness center, business center and game room.

“Alexan ALX was designed to exude a city attitude yet have a sophisticated, timeless feel so residents can experience an upscale life of fun and excitement,” said Krissy Ribeiro, business manager for the property.

“We want Alexan residents to live a lifestyle of luxury while being a part of a community that enjoys common areas and walkability to some of San Diego’s greatest restaurants, attractions and public spaces,” she added.

Apartments in the new East Village building range from 520 to 2,228 square feet and start at $2,015 per month.

The contemporary glass building with European-inspired interiors was designed by San Diego-based Joseph Wong Design Associates.
