A San Diego businessman recently acquired and revamped the San Diego Woman’s Club building in Bankers Hill.
The building, which housed the Woman’s Club for more than 70 years, was purchased by Behind the Scenes Catering and Events owner John Crisafulli. The historic building is now called Parq West.
Since taking over in June, the former club house has undergone major renovations, upgrading and refurbishing building. Now that the upgrades are complete, it can accommodate parties of any size up to 500 people and has space both inside and out.
Parq West is located on the corner of Third Avenue and Maple Street in Bankers Hill at
2557 Third Avenue.
Behind the Scenes Catering has provided its services domestically to large scale events as the Red Bull Air Races, ESPN X Games, the Susan G Komen 3 Day Walk, the Rose Bowl Football Game and the NFL Super Bowl.
