Ralphs Grocery Company plans to hold open interviews on Tuesday for part-time jobs at its supermarkets across San Diego County.
Interested candidates may apply online at jobs.ralphs.com and then simply show up at a Ralphs store between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 9. No appointment is necessary.
“We have a wide variety of part-time positions that we need to fill in every Ralphs store in Southern California,” said Kendra Doyel, vice president of corporate affairs. “Positions are available to friendly and engaging people in most every department including front end, deli, meat, bakery and grocery.”
Ralphs said the open positions offer competitive wages, flexible schedules, benefits and room for advancement.
It’s the second one-day hiring event Ralphs has hosted this year. The company hired more than 600 people during its May 14 event.
Ralphs plans a third hiring event, open exclusively to military veterans and their family members, in November.
The company operates 198 supermarkets in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
