The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County dropped again Sunday, falling 1.2 cents to $2.781.
For 14 consecutive days, the average price has dropped, as well as 24 days out of the past 25, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
That means the average cost of gasoline is 6.5 cents less than a week ago, 16.4 cents lower than one month ago and $1.257 below what it was one year ago.
