Padree Homes said Tuesday it has begun construction of 139 homes in two neighborhoods of Pacific Highlands Ranch.
Artesana and Casavia are scheduled to open for sale in late summer and will offer energy-efficient single-family and courtyard homes just east of Carmel Valley.
“We are pleased to bring this fresh collection of homes in two distinct neighborhoods to North San Diego County,” said Liz Ramirez, regional director of marketing for Pardee. “As part of the very desirable Pacific Highlands Ranch master planned community, both neighborhoods will offer sophisticated coastal living and a great location near exceptional shopping and award-winning schools.”
The gated Artesana neighborhood will consist of 56 homes ranging from four to five bedrooms encompassing 3,828 to 4,754 square feet. Pricing is anticipated from $1.8 million.
The second neighborhood, Casavia, will consist of 83 courtyard homes located adjacent to the Solterra Swim Club. The homes will have four bedrooms and range from 2,602 to 2,992 square feet. Pricing is anticipated from the high $900,000s.
The Pacific Highlands Ranch community is near Canyon Crest Academy and the new Village shopping center and is surrounded by 1,300 acres of preserved natural habitat.
