The Richman Group of California Development Company has started construction of a seven-story, luxury apartment building in downtown San Diego’s East Village neighborhood.
The project, called F11, is located on the north side of F Street between 11th Avenue and Park Boulevard.
The development will include 99 apartments and 5,841 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Opening is anticipated in early 2018.
Later this year, the Richman Group will break ground on a 23-story high-rise apartment tower across the street from the Central Library at 330 13th Street.
