Qualcomm will have to pay $7 million to a man who was burned while working at the San Diego office.
According to a San Diego Union-Tribune article, Jose Martin Sandoval was severely burned while working at the San Diego company in 2013. More than 35 percent of his body was burned.
His attorney told the newspaper his medical costs were more than $1 million.
