In San Diego, all administrative offices are closed Friday, as are all city reservoirs. Also closed Friday are all city recreation centers, pools and libraries, as well as Tecolote Nature Center and Mission Trails Regional Park Visitor Center.

Open Friday are Robb Field Skate Park in Ocean Beach, Rancho Penasquitos Skate Park, Carmel Valley Skate Park, Bill and Maxine Wilson Skate Park and the Charles L. Lewis III Memorial Skate Park.

Mission Bay Golf Course is open Friday until 4 p.m. Torrey Pines and Balboa Park golf courses will close at 3 p.m. Friday. Holiday rates apply Friday at all city-operated golf courses.

Parking meters and time restrictions on parking on streets and yellow zones within the San Diego city limits will not be enforced Friday. Red, white and blue zones however are enforced every day. The Family Justice Center is closed Friday. Those needing help with domestic violence should call 9-1-1 or the Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-888-385- 4657.
