Pardee Homes is opening a development of 37 single-story homes on one-half-acre sites for its first project in Bonsall in North San Diego County.
Homes in the new Olive Hill neighborhood will have four to five bedrooms, three to four-and-a-half baths and 2,962 to 3,846 square feet of space with three- and four-bay garages. Pricing is anticipated to be from the $700,000s when the project opens in October.
“Olive Hill is an exceptional collection of homes that will feature one-half acre home sites in an idyllic setting near the San Luis Rey River,” said Liz Ramirez, regional director of marketing for Pardee.
The architectural styles will incorporate Spanish Colonial, Country Ranch and Tuscan details that reflect the rural, equestrian lifestyle in Bonsall. The new community is located off Highway 76, about an hour drive from downtown San Diego.
Pardee, which has been building homes since 1921, also has five new home neighborhoods under construction near Carmel Valley in the master-planned community of Pacific Highlands Ranch.
