KB Home announced this week that it is opening the 52-home Ridgeline community on a hilltop with mountain views in Lakeside.
The development is close to Interstate 8, Highways 52 and 67, and the San Diego Trolley in east San Diego County.
Homes in the community will range in size from 1,836 to 2,076 square feet, with up to five bedrooms and three baths, and feature open layouts and outdoor living areas Prices start in the low $500,000s.
The homes include water- and energy-saving features, and solar power systems are available.
