Pardee Homes is opening to two home developments Saturday in Pacific Highlands Ranch, a master-planned community located east of Carmel Valley.
The Canterra community with 89 homes planned and Casabella with 130 feature three- and four-bedroom houses from 2,100 to 2,700 square feet priced in the $900,000 range.
“We are pleased to bring this fresh collection of homes to coastal North San Diego County,” said Liz Ramirez, regional director of marketing for Pardee Homes. “Both Canterra and Casabella will feature guest suites and the LivingSmart package of standard and optional eco-friendly features that increase energy-efficiency and save water as well as incorporating materials that come from recycled and sustainable resources.”
The community is surrounded by 1,300 acres of preserved natural habitat and incorporates a trail system for hiking and biking.
Models will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. The developments are located off Carmel Valley Road north of Highway 56.
