A home in the Everly development in El Cajon.

Shea Homes San Diego is unveiling its Everly single-family development for first-time home buyers in El Cajon on Saturday.

The 21-unit infill project on seven acres features homes ranging from 1,709 to 1,957 square feet with three to four bedrooms. Prices are expected to range from $420,000 to the $520,000.

Everly is located at 334 Dahlia Way near the intersection of West Chase Avenue and Avocado Boulevard.

The site is a former vineyard and citrus grove where the El Granito Springs once flowed. The new community will include a small park named El Granito Springs Park.

Shea Homes is one of the largest private home building firms in the nation, having built more than 90,000 homes since the company was founded in 1968.
