The San Diego Chorus of Sweet Adelines will present its 67th Annual Show, “It’s About the Journey,” on Saturday evening at MiraCosta College in Oceanside.
The a cappella show chorus singing four-part harmony has twice been named International Champions of Women’s Barbershop Harmony.
The women will compete in the Sweet Adelines International global competition in New Orleans in September 2019, and Saturday’s show will offer a preview of their repertoire.
Members of the group, which numbers more than 80 women, come from all ages and backgrounds throughout San Diego County.
The concert is at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29, in the MiraCosta Concert Hall, 1 Barnard Drive in Oceanside. Tickets are available online, with discounts for military and youth.
