Who is the best theatre teacher in San Diego County?
San Diego County Credit Union is asking students, parents, family members and friends to nominate and vote for a deserving theatre teacher in San Diego County who has made a positive difference in their life, the life of a child or in the community.
The winner of the Best Local Theatre Teacher Award will receive a trip for two to New York City to attend the June 25 2018 Jimmy Awards, also known as The National High School Musical Theatre Awards.
To nominate and vote, visit facebook.com/sdccu, select the “Theatre Teacher Award” on the left, and nominate a local theatre teacher. Once a teacher is nominated and approved, the voting begins. Voters can return to the page daily through May 18.
Nominations and voting will close May 18 at 11:59 p.m.
The Best Local Theatre Teacher Award will be presented at the 2018 Broadway San Diego Awards on May 27 at the Balboa Theatre in San Diego.
