Restaurant Week returns to San Diego on Sunday with over 180 eateries throughout the county offering special fixed-price meals for eight days.
The annual event for foodies to explore the local culinary scene begins on Jan. 15 and runs through Jan. 22.
Most participating restaurants will offer three-course dinners for $20, $30, $40 or $50 per person and two-course lunches for $10, $15 or $20 per person.
There are restaurants as far south as Imperial Beach, as far north as Oceanside and Fallbrook, and as far east as La Mesa. You can search online by cuisine, price and neighborhood.
This year the restaurants are partnering with the Girl Scouts to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Girl Scout Cookies. Chefs will offer special dishes based on America’s favorite cookies.
