I’m Kathleen Bade, former San Diego news anchor. You can take the woman off local news, but you can’t take local news out of the woman.

I am forever a supporter and a big believer in the impact that local news has is far more than informational. It turns residents into neighbors and neighbors into communities, and communities make things happen.
