Rain, Mountain Snow in San Diego County Forecast for Monday

A strong storm was forecast to bring rain to San Diego County inland and coastal areas and snow to the mountains Monday with possible thunderstorms in the evening, the National Weather Service said Saturday.

A fog bank rolled in at Oceanside Pier and competition was suspended for about 45 minutes because judges couldn't see competitors.
