Windy, warm weather to give way to cooler temps by Monday

Cooler weather is expected to return Monday and Tuesday before returning to fair and very warm weather from Wednesday into next weekend.

The abundance of sunshine and warmer weather causes snow on the pine trees branches to begin to melt.
