Possible Reduction in Jail Time? Firearm Enhancement Dropped Against Alec Baldwin in ‘Rust’ Shooting

In a move that could dramatically reduce possible jail time for the actor, New Mexico prosecutors confirmed Monday they dropped a firearm enhancement against Alec Baldwin, who is charged with involuntary manslaughter over the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film “Rust.”
