The San Diego Chargers were victorious over the Atlanta Falcons in overtime Saturday, defeating them by a score of 33-30.

The Bolts were facing an uphill battle for nearly the entire game. While they did strike first on a two-yard run by Melvin Gordon, Atlanta would take the reigns and the lead en route to a 27-17 mark before halftime.

While Atlanta would add another field goal, the Chargers recorded another touchdown and three field goals from Josh Lambo to tie the score at 30 at the end of regulation.

Lambo would play the hero once again in overtime, kicking a 42-yard field goal for the win. Lambo was one of the stars of the game; he kicked four field goals, his longest being the winner.

Gordon had the biggest impact, however, scoring three touchdowns. Two came on the run and one came on a five-yard pass from Phillip Rivers.

San Diego heads to Colorado next week to take on the Broncos.
