The 41st annual Hillcrest CityFest took place last weekend, and the big event was just one way neighbors can connect in uptown this summer.
One of the best ways to connect with neighborhood leaders, business owners and those who care about the area is by attending one of the Hillcrest Business Association’s quarterly mixers. The next one is scheduled for Aug. 19 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Cellar Hand. Light bites will be provided.
Kiwanis Club of Hillcrest All-Inclusive gatherings are held every second and fourth Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at Uptown Tavern’s back room.
