You may see more construction projects happening soon. 

San Diego has lifted its long-standing moratorium on public and private construction in beach communities during the busy summer months. The city hopes the move will accelerate improvements, reduce costs and minimize disruption for coastal communities like Point Loma and Ocean Beach.

“Now we can get streets paved and infrastructure improvements completed faster,” Mayor Todd Gloria said.
