Please meet James Miller from Occidental College in Los Angeles, who will write for Downtown News.
Miller is a rising senior from Palo Alto who served as editor-in-chief of The Occidental, the college’s student newspaper. He also will cover housing and homelessness.
“I’m excited to get into the field and learn more about the complexities of homelessness in San Diego,” Miller said.
