Hello, Pacific and Mission Beach!
Did you know there’s an inconspicuous recording studio tucked into a strip mall in Pacific Beach? Right near the ocean, The Music Company has been helping local artists launch their careers since 2023. Walk by, and you might never guess there’s a musical playground hiding inside.
The Music Company is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit professional music studio located in the Promenade in Pacific Beach. The space includes three recording studios, a large rehearsal space, on-staff audio engineers and a vibrant community of musicians and music lovers. It’s a one-stop shop for anyone who loves music, whether you’re building a career or exploring music as a creative outlet.
What sets The Music Company apart is accessibility. Rentals start at just $25, a fraction of what other studios typically charge. And the space has woven itself into the fabric of the beach community, partnering with local organizations to make music accessible to everyone.
