Today’s newsletter is presented by the Pearl Street Pet Hospital.
Good morning, San Diego.
101 Ash Street. Those of you who have lived in San Diego for a while may have a visceral response to that phrase. The cumbersome, byzantine, yet still infuriating case has dragged on for so long that it seemed it would never have a resolution… until, perhaps, now.
A new life as affordable housing would perhaps be an appropriate one, since we’ve all had to live with this for so long.
We’ve also got more updates in a tragic multi-vehicle crash that left five people dead in Poway, a paid parking proposal for streets around Balboa Park, how a Logan Heights hookah lounge is no longer, and much more, as we wind up the last days of July and the excitement of Comic-Con and Pride, and make our way together into the long, hot dog days of August.
