Construction on Interstate 5 between Oceanside and the Orange County line will continue Monday, officials said Saturday.
Crews working on the Ocean View Rehab Project will leave only one lane open in both directions on Camp Pendleton as they replace pieces of pavement and modify the shoulders.
The lanes will be closed at 7 p.m. nightly Monday through Thursday and reopen by 5 a.m. the next mornings. On Friday night they will be closed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Saturday
All ramps at Las Pulgas Road will be closed and the ramps at Basilone and Christianitos roads will be closed periodically.
Caltrans said it expected the project to be done by winter 2016.
