A weak low pressure system moving through Southern California will bring periods of mainly light rain to San Diego from Saturday morning through Sunday.

The National Weather Service office in San Diego is forecasting the most rain for Sunday, with the region drying out on Monday and warming through the week.

Rainfall amounts are expected to range from around one-tenth to one-quarter inch west of the mountains to one-third to one-half inch in the mountains.

Temperatures will be near or slightly above seasonal averages.
