South Bay Union board members voted Wednesday to close two more campuses as the school district continues to struggle with declining student enrollment and financial issues.

The board unanimously agreed to close Sunnyslope Elementary at the end of the 2028-29 year and Berry Elementary during the 2031-32 year.

The vote comes after the board decided in May to close Central Elementary at the end of this school year.
