Due to continued power outages, four San Diego County school districts will remain closed Jan. 10:
- Julian Union Elementary School District
- Julian Union High School District
- Mountain Empire Unified School District
- Warner Unified School District
Wind gusts are expected to stay around 25 miles per hour through the early hours of Jan. 10, according to the National Weather Service.
