The woman who was killed in a fire at her Mountain View home Thursday was identified Saturday, FOX5, a San Diego news station said.
FOX5 reported that Maria Lopez, 62, was found dead in the burned out garage where she lived behind a home at the 3500 block of Ocean View Boulevard in the Mountain View neighborhood of San Diego around 10:30 p.m.
San Diego Fire-Rescue extinguished the garage fire in about ten minutes and found Lopez’s body during a subsequent search.
The cause of the fire was not released.
