A 59-year-old man who suffered some type of medical issue and crashed his bicycle in Mission Trails Regional Park later died.
The cyclist crashed on a bike trail near Lake Murray around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, San Diego Police Officer Robert Heims said.
He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, Heims said. His name was not immediately available.
