A total of 167 condos, townhouses and single-family homes were sold in the growing Civita community in Mission Valley during in 2014, a 60 percent increase from sales 2013.
Marco A. Sessa, senior vice president of Sudberry Properties, the master developer of the urban-style community, said prices ranged from the $400,000s to more than $800,000.
Homebuilder Shea Homes San Diego sold 145 attached homes at five neighborhoods in Civita, while TRI Pointe Homes sold 22 homes in the Altana, neighborhood.

Next month Sudberry opens the first phase of West Park, a 612-unit luxury apartment community. When complete, West Park will include three pool areas, a half-acre private park with a half-mile jogging trail, a nearly 10,000-square-foot gym, a media room, a game room. entertaining areas with a demonstration kitchen, and well-equipped business center.
Civita is located on 230 acres that were once a sand and gravel quarry. When completed, the master-planned community will consist of up to 4,780 homes and apartments, and nearly a million square feet of retail and office properties, as well as 60 acres of parks, trails and open space.
