San Diego Fire-Rescue and the San Diego Police bomb squad are investigating the apparent bombing Sunday of an outdoor ATM at a gas station on Miramar Road.

Authorities were called to the Chevron station at 9650 Miramar Road near Interstate 15 at 6 a.m. There were no injuries, and it was not known how much money was missing. The station was closed at the time.

The FBI has been called to join the investigation, according to law enforcement personnel at the scene.
