A teenage man was killed and another man hurt Saturday night in a suspected DUI rollover crash in San Marcos.
San Diego Sheriff‘s deputies and San Marcos Firefighters responding at 7:45 p.m. found an overturned Nissa Xterra in the 800 block of Los Vallecitos Drive.
A 19-year-old man was found dead in the back seat and another passenger, a 20-year-old man, was injured.
Deputies said the driver, a 22-year-old man, was traveling eastbound on Los Vallecitos Drive and allegedly made an unsafe turn.
According to deputies, the man admitted consuming alcohol and smoking marijuana prior to the accident, and was later booked into the Vista Detention Facility on charges of gross vehicular manslaughter and felony DUI.
